이번 특강은 이해충돌방지법과 청탁금지법, 지방의원의 행동강령 등을 주제로 2시간 동안 진행됐으며, 참석자들은 ‘청렴서약식’에서 공정하고 투명한 직무 수행을 다짐하고, 권한 남용과 이권개입, 알선·청탁 금지 등을 근절하겠다는 뜻을 담아 청렴서약서에 서명 했다.

손태화 의장은 “공직자에게 가장 중요한 덕목은 청렴”이라며 “청렴 속에서 시민의 신뢰를 얻고, 그 신뢰를 기반으로 지역의 발전을 도모할 수 있을 것”이라고 강조했다.
