[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시 미래전략산업국은 22일 시청 프레스센터에서 가진 정례브리핑에서, 지정 50주년을 맞은 창원국가산업단지의 디지털 대전환(DX)을 위한 대형 공모사업들을, 올해 하반기부터 본격적으로 추진한다고 밝혔다.

 

지난 상반기 창원시는 경남도와 함께 지역 주력산업인 제조업의 혁신을 위해, 정부 공모에 3개 사업이 모두 선정돼, 국비 590억 원을 확보했다. 창원시가 확보한 3개 사업은 ▲기계·방산 제조 디지털전환(DX) 지원센터 구축(국비 140억원), ▲글로벌 제조융합 SW개발 및 실증(국비 300억원), ▲제조특화 초거대 제조 AI 서비스 개발 및 실증사업(국비 150억원)이다. 

 

먼저 ‘기계·방산 제조 디지털전환(DX) 지원센터 구축’사업으로 창원국가산단 일원에 3년간 총액 281.5억 원의 사업비가 투입된다. 창원의 주력산업인 기계·방산 분야의 지역 제조기업의 새로운 도약을 위해 ▲제조 디지털전환 지원센터 구축, ▲제조 디지털전환 전주기 특화 장비 구축, ▲디지털전환 모델 구축지원 등 기업지원, ▲DX캠퍼스 구축을 통한 디지털전환 인력양성의 4개 과제를 중점적으로 추진한다. 

 

기업·장비·기술·인력이 융합된 디지털전환 통합 솔루션 패키징 지원시스템을 개발하고, 이를 통해 창원국가산단 내 중소 제조기업들이 제품 생산공정 및 단계별로 디지털전환(DX) 시스템을 구축하여 제품 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있도록 지원할 계획이다.
