[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 정규헌 의원을 비롯한 이장우 의원, 경남도 도시정책과장, 건축주택과장, 경남개발공사 상임이사, 공동도급사 3사 대표자 등 관계자 9명이 참석해, 15일 경상남도의회 의정회의실에서 현동 남양휴튼 사태해결 방안 모색을 위해 간담회를 개최했다. 

 

지난 6월 창원시 마산합포구 소재 현동 남양휴튼 아파트 도급사인 남양건설이 법정관리 신청 이후 공사가 중단되면서, 앞서 두 차례 입주 지연에 이어 또다시 입주가 미뤄졌다. 경남개발공사는 연내 입주가 불투명하다면서 입주예정자를 대상으로 계약해제 절차 안내 공문을 보낸 상황이다.

 

간담회를 개최한 정규헌 의원은 “하루라도 빨리 합의점을 찾기 위해 자리를 마련하게 됐다”며 간담회 개최 취지를 밝혔다.   

이날 공동도급사 측은 경남개발공사가 제안한 공동도급사 승계 시 설계변경과 공사기한 연장을 요구했다. 이에 대해 경남개발공사 측은 법적 사유에 해당되지 않아 설계변경과 공사기한 연장은 어렵다는 입장이다. 현재 남양건설은 공사포기 각서를 제출하지 않은 상황으로 오는 24일 이후 절차 이행이 가능하다고 밝혔다.

 

경남개발공사 차정기 건축사업부장은 “지난주 하도급 업체와 간담회를 개최해 노무비 해결을 위해 적극적으로 해결해달라는 요청을 받았고, 검토중에 있다”면서, “피해 최소화를 위해 노력하겠다”는 입장을 밝혔다.

 

공동도급사 측도 “3사에서 공사이행을 위해 500억 정도를 출연해야 하는데 자금력이 뒷받침 되지 못하고 있는 상황”이라며 어려움을 토로했다.

 

이장우 의원은 “이미 입주지연 보상금 지급, 공사비 증액 등 피해는 불 보듯 뻔한 상황”이라면서 “관계기관에서 서로 간의 입장만 내세울 것이 아니라 피해 최소화를 위한 방안을 찾아내야 한다”고 강조했다.

 

정규헌 의원도 “관계기관에서 계속 평행선을 달릴 것이 아니라, 합의점을 찾기 위해 노력해야 한다”면서 “도민이 받을 수 있는 피해를 줄이고 지역의 건설회사, 개발공사가 상생할 수 있는 솔로몬의 지혜를 발휘해 달라”고 당부했다.
