합천군은 9일 기존 기록물 관리 체계를 전면 개편해 사진과 영상을 통합 관리하는 아카이브를 구축하고, 검색 기능을 대폭 강화했다고 밝혔다.
새 아카이브는 검색 중심 화면을 적용해 이용 편의성을 높인 것이 특징이다. 주제별·시대별·지역별 분류체계와 키워드 검색 기능을 도입해 원하는 자료를 보다 쉽고 빠르게 찾을 수 있도록 했다.
특히 1970년대부터 올해까지 총 18만8,368건의 사진 기록물을 구축해 군정 주요 행사와 지역의 역사·문화 기록을 체계적으로 보존할 수 있는 기반을 마련했다.
군은 이번 개편으로 행정기관의 자료 검색 및 제공 업무 부담을 줄이는 동시에 군민들의 기록물 접근성도 크게 향상될 것으로 기대하고 있다.
유성경 기획예산담당관은 “최근 군정 행사뿐 아니라 과거 대야문화제, 황매산 억새 관련 기록까지 손쉽게 검색할 수 있도록 시스템을 개선했다”며 “앞으로도 기록물 구축과 공개를 지속 확대해 군민들이 지역의 역사와 변화를 보다 쉽게 접할 수 있도록 하겠다”고 말했다.
한편 통합 아카이브는 합천군 누리집 내 ‘합천미디어’ 메뉴와 전용 페이지를 통해 이용할 수 있다.
