[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 의령군이 민선9기 출범을 앞두고 군정 비전과 공약사업의 체계적인 추진을 위한 전담 조직인 ‘민선9기 의령전성시대 추진단(TF)’을 구성해 운영한다.

군은 인수위원회 없이 민선9기를 시작하는 만큼 민선8기 주요 성과를 토대로 공약사업과 군정 운영 방향을 신속하게 행정에 반영하고 정책 실행력을 높이기 위해 추진단을 꾸렸다고 9일 밝혔다.

추진단은 부군수를 단장으로 총괄기획팀, 민생지원팀, 핵심사업팀, 안전사업팀, 군민소통팀 등 5개 팀으로 구성된다. 각 팀은 군정 비전과 방침 수립, 공약사업 검토, 민생정책 지원, 전략사업 발굴, 군민 소통 확대 등의 업무를 맡는다.

추진단은 주 1회 이상 정기회의를 열어 공약 이행 방안을 점검하고 주요 현안사업과 신규 정책 발굴, 군정 운영 방향 등을 논의할 예정이다.

의령군은 민선8기 동안 추진한 읍·면 특화 도시재생사업과 버스 완전공영제, 민생현장기동대 운영 등 주요 정책 성과를 기반으로 민선9기 군정 과제를 구체화하고 지역 성장동력 확보에 행정력을 집중한다는 계획이다.

오태완 군수는 “민선9기는 의령의 새로운 변화를 만들어 가야 할 중요한 시기”라며 “공약사업을 차질 없이 추진하고 군민이 체감할 수 있는 성과 창출에 모든 행정 역량을 집중하겠다”고 밝혔다.
