[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 14일 구직 단념 청년들의 구직 의욕 고취와 취업 촉진을 지원하는 ‘청년도전지원사업’의 일환으로 청년들과 함께 경남시청자미디어센터를 방문해 미디어 산업 현장 체험 프로그램을 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 청년들의 취업 역량과 자신감을 높이고자 다양한 교육٠체험 프로그램과 상담, 심리 지원을 종합적으로 연계해 운영하고 있으며, 8월 기준 106명의 청년이 참여해 높은 호응을 얻으며 순조롭게 추진되고 있다.

특히 이번 프로그램에는 장기 1٠2기 참가 청년 26명이 경남시청자미디어센터를 찾아, 영상 제작과 편집 실습에 참여하며 창의적 콘텐츠 제작 역량을 키웠다. 또한 미디어 산업의 구조와 흐름을 폭넓게 이해하는 뜻깊은 시간을 가졌다.

프로그램에 참여한 한 청년은 “평소 영상 제작과 편집에 관심이 있었는데, 실제 장비를 활용해 직접 제작해보니 자신감이 생겼다”며, “이번 경험이 앞으로 진로를 정하는 데 큰 도움이 될 것 같다”고 말했다.
