이날 간담회는 기획재정부가 각 지역의 주요 현안 등을 청취하고 정부 재정 방향과 예산안 편성에 반영하기 위한 자리다. 박 지사는 이 자리에서 남부내륙철도 조기 개통을 위한 국비 확보와 수해 예방 대책, 전략 산업 육성 등에 대한 구체적인 지원 방안을 집중 건의했다.
