이번 행사는 공단 임직원들이 자발적으로 참여해 모금한 성금으로, 호우피해 현장 복구와 수재민을 위한 긴급 구호 활동지원, 생필품 지원 등에 사용할 계획이다.

성금 모금에 참여한 임직원들은 한목소리로 “이번 폭우 피해로 어려움을 겪고 있는 주민들이 하루속히 일상으로 회복되기를 바란다”며 “직원들 중에는 피해지역 직원들이 다 수 있어 남일 같지 않아 참여하게 됐다”고 말했다.
