[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원문화재단 노동조합(위원장 김민국)은 지난 30일 특별재난 지역으로 선포된 산청군 신안면을 찾아 재해민들을 위한 빠른 수해복구와 회복을 위한 봉사활동을 진행했다고 4일 밝혔다.

이날 노조는 산사태로 인해 피해를 입은 신안면의 농가를 찾아 오전 9시부터 오후 4시까지 토사 및 잔해를 제거하는 복구 작업을 실시하였으며, 무더운 날씨 속에서도 진흙과 토사, 쓰레기 등으로 뒤덮인 농가를 정리했다.

피해복구를 위해 산청군에서도 노조와 함께 현장을 정리하며, 함께 구슬땀을 흘렸는데 눈으로 보기에도 엄청난 피해현장은 주민들에게는 고통의 현장임을 한눈에 파악할 수 있었다.

피해복구에 함께한 산청군청 관계자는 “갑작스러운 수해로 어려움을 겪고 있는 상황에서 창원문화재단 노동조합의 따뜻한 손길이 큰 힘이 되었다”며, "지역 주민들을 대신해 깊이 감사드리며, 이번 봉사활동이 공동체 회복의 소중한 계기가 되기를 바란다”고 밝혔다.
