[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도는 지역 내 소비를 활성화하고 지역경제 활력을 불어넣기 위해 오는 21일부터 9월 12일까지 ‘민생회복 소비쿠폰’을 1차 지급한다.

 

지급 대상은 올해 6월18일 기준 경남에 주민등록이 돼 있는 사람이다. 1차에선 모든 도민에게 1인당 최소 18만 원에서 최대 45만 원이, 2차에선 상위 소득 10%를 제외한 도민에게 1인당 10만 원이 추가로 지급된다.

 

1차 지급액은 1인당 15만 원을 기본으로 하되, 소득별 맞춤형 지원을 위해 차상위계층과 한부모가족은 1인당 30만 원, 기초생활수급자에게는 1인당 40만 원이지급된다. 

 

비수도권 지역에 해당하는 7개 시 지역은 3만 원, 농·어촌 인구감소지역에 해당하는 10개 군과 밀양시 주민에게는 5만 원이 추가로 지급된다.

온라인 신청은 카드사 앱·누리집, 지역사랑상품권 앱, 토스·카카오페이·네이버페이 등 간편결제 앱에서, 오프라인 신청은 카드 연계 은행 창구, 읍면동 행정복지센터(선불카드 또는 지역사랑상품권)에서 할 수 있다.

지역사랑상품권·선불카드는 최초로 소비 쿠폰을 신청하는 경우에만 이사한 주소지 관할 행정복지센터에서 신청할 수 있다. 

 

이전 주소지에서 이미 지역사랑상품권·선불카드를 지급받아 사용 중이라면, 그 사용지역을 변경할 수 없다.

 

지역사랑상품권은 주소지 관할 시군의 모든 가맹점에서 이용할 수 있으며, 신용·체크카드와 선불카드는 대형마트, 기업형 슈퍼마켓, 백화점 및 면세점, 대형 전자제품 판매점, 프랜차이즈 직영점 등에서 사용할 수 없다.
