[브레이크뉴스=하태훈 기자] 하동군의회가 지난 10일 제341회 제1차 정례회를 열고 24일까지 15일간 회기에 들어갔다.
이번 정례회는 2024회계연도 세입·세출 결산 및 예비비 승인, 각종 조례안 심의와 함께 집행기관에 대한 행정사무감사를 실시하며 군정 전반을 점검할 예정이다.
정례회 첫날인 10일, 군의회는 개회식에 이어 제1차 본회의를 열어 예산결산특별위원회 구성의 건 등 6건의 안건을 처리했다.
이어진 예산결산특별위원회를 통해 기금을 포함한 세입·세출 결산 및 예비비 지출 승인의 건을 심의했다.
이번 회기 동안 각 상임위원회에서는 다양한 조례안을 심의한다. 의회운영위원회는 「하동군의회 회의 규칙 일부개정규칙안」 등 2건, 산업건설위원회는 「하동군 계획 조례 일부개정조례안」 등 5건, 기획행정위원회는 「하동군 상징물 관리 조례 일부개정조례안」 등 9건의 안건을 각각 다뤘다.
특히, 11일부터 19일까지 7차례에 걸쳐 군정 전반의 운영 실태와 사업 추진 현황을 점검하는 행정사무감사가 진행된다.
감사 결과는 23일 제2차 행정사무감사특별위원회에서 결과보고서 채택을 통해 정리될 예정이다.
정례회 마지막 날인 24일에는 제2차 본회의가 열려 2024회계연도 세입·세출결산(기금 포함) 및 예비비 지출 승인의 건과 2025년도 행정사무감사 결과 보고의 건 등을 최종 처리한 뒤 폐회한다.
강대선 의장은 개회사를 통해 "행정사무감사의 궁극적인 목적은 군민 삶의 질 향상에 기여하는 데 있다"고 강조하며, "합리적이고 발전적인 대안 제시에 초점을 맞추고 집행기관 또한 능동적이고 수용적인 자세로 행정사무감사에 임해달라"고 당부했다.
