창원특례시는 오는 3월 5일부터 18일까지 ‘2025년 창원시 청년 월세 지원사업’ 참여자를 모집한다.

 

청년 월세 지원사업은 주거비 부담으로 경제적 어려움을 겪고 있는 청년 세대에게 임차료를 지원해 주는 사업이다. 지원대상은 창원시에 주소를 두고 있으며, 부모와 별도 거주하는 19세~39세 이하 무주택 청년 세대주로 기준 중위소득 60% 초과 150% 이하이면 신청 가능하다.

 

또한, 올해는 2024년 지원(월 15만 원, 10개월) 대비 확대 시행되어, 대상자로 선정이 되면 월 최대 20만 원의 월세를 최대 12개월간(1월분부터 소급) 지원받을 수 있다. 신청 방법은 경남바로서비스(http://www.gyeongnam.go.kr/baro) 온라인 신청 또는 관할 주소지 행정복지센터에 방문 신청 가능하다.

창원특례시는 저소득층의 자립과 자산 형성을 돕기 위한 ‘2025년 자산형성지원 통장사업’ 신규 대상자를 모집한다.

 

자산형성지원 통장사업은 근로소득이 있는 저소득층이 매월 일정 금액을 저축하면 정부가 지원금을 매칭하여 자산 형성을 돕는 제도다. 올해는 3월부터 희망저축계좌Ⅰ(3월, 6월, 9월, 11월), 희망저축계좌Ⅱ(4월, 7월, 10월), 청년내일저축계좌(5월) 모집을 순차적으로 진행한다.

 

희망저축계좌Ⅰ은 일하는 생계·의료급여 수급가구를 대상으로, 3년간 매월 10만 원이상(최대 50만원) 저축 시 정부가 30만 원을 매칭해 지원하며 3년 만기 후 탈수급 시 적립금을 지원받을 수 있다.

 

희망저축계좌Ⅱ는 일하는 주거·교육급여 수급자와 차상위 계층을 대상으로, 올해 신규 가입자부터 매월 10만원 이상(최대 50만원) 저축 시 정부가 10만원(1년 차), 20만원(2년 차), 30만원(3년 차)를 단계적으로 상승해 지원을 확대한다. 

 

청년내일저축계좌는 근로 중인 생계·의료·주거·교육급여 수급자 및 차상위 가구 청년(만 15~39세)이 매월 10만원 이상(최대 50만원) 저축 시 정부가 30만 원을 매칭 지원한다. 단, 중위소득 50% 초과 100% 이하 가구의 청년(만 19~34세)은 정부지원금 10만 원을 지원받을 수 있다. 

 

희망저축계좌Ⅱ와 청년내일저축계좌는 3년 만기 후 자립역량교육 이수와 자금사용계획서 제출 시 정부지원금을 수령할 수 있다.

창원특례시가 유해물질을 함유하고 있는 폐건전지에 대한 시민들의 분리배출 의식향상과 재활용률 제고를 위해 ‘2025년 폐건전지 보상 교환사업’을 3월 중 시행한다고 밝혔다.

 

폐건전지의 경우 크기가 작아 분리배출 하지 않고 종량제봉투에 담아 버리기 쉬우며, 충전용 보조배터리나 건전지 제거가 안 된 완구류 등이 생활쓰레기와 함께 버려질 경우 화재사고의 원인이 될 수 있다.
