[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원시는 미취업 청년의 경제적 부담을 완화하고 원활한 취업 준비를 돕기 위해 ‘미취업 청년 자격증 시험 응시료 지원사업’ 신청 접수를 10일부터 시작한다고 밝혔다.

지원 대상은 창원시에 1년 이상 거주 중인 19세에서 39세 이하의 미취업 청년으로 사업자등록이 없는 경우 신청할 수 있다. 

국가기술자격시험, 어학시험, 한국사능력검정시험을 응시한 후 지원 가능하며, 1인당 연 1회, 1종 시험에 한해 최대 10만 원을 지원한다. 약 1,300명의 청년들이 혜택을 받을 예정이다.

신청 방법은 2월 10일부터 11월 30일까지(예산 소진 시까지) 창원청년정보플랫폼에서 온라인 접수로 진행되며, 신청자는 응시료 결제 증빙자료와 관련 서류를 제출해야 한다.

창원시는 이번 사업을 통해 청년들이 자격증을 취득하고 취업 경쟁력을 높이며, 안정적인 사회 진출을 할 수 있도록 지원할 계획이다.

Changwon City announced that it will begin accepting applications for the ‘Qualification Exam Fee Support Project for Unemployed Youth’ from the 10th to ease the financial burden of unemployed youth and help them prepare for employment smoothly.

Applicants are unemployed youth aged 19 to 39 who have resided in Changwon City for more than one year and who do not have a business registration.
