[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 경기불황과 비상시국에 대처해 민생안정과 공직기강 확립에 전 행정력을 집중한다.

 

홍태용 시장은 10일 오전 간부회의에서 민생안정대책 이행을 전 실국소와 읍면동에 당부했다.

 

이 자리에서 홍 시장은 내수 경기의 지속적인 부진과 정국 혼란 등으로 지역경제에도 타격이 있을 것이라며 공직자의 무거운 책임감을 강조했다.

 

우선 정국 혼란 장기화 가능성에 대비해 경남도와 시의회, 경찰·소방 등 유관기관과의 긴밀한 협력체계를 구축해 치안, 소방, 교통, 공공의료 등 사회질서 유지와 민생 안정에 최선을 다할 것을 주문했다.

 

또 지역 체감경기의 안정화를 위해서 내년 본예산 중 지역경제와 직결되는 예산은 시의회에서 원만히 의결될 수 있도록 시의원들과 긴밀히 소통하고 지역경제 유동성 확보를 위해 연말 예산을 적극 집행해 불용액 최소화를 당부했다.

 

특히 올 상반기 시는 예산 57.9%, 7,309억원을 집행해 도내 시군 중 집행률 1위를 달성했으며 2025년에는 긴급대책이 필요한 시점임을 감안해 상반기 중 예산 65% 이상 집행 목표로 민생안정화 사업과 대규모 SOC사업 자금을 조기에 투입하기로 했다.

 

이에 더해 홍 시장은 영세 자영업자와 소상공인, 중소기업 지원 예산은 신속히 계획을 수립해 조기에 집행할 것을 강조하면서 소상공인육성자금과 중소기업육성자금은 내년 1월 중 지원 신청을 받도록 지시했다.

 

시는 올해부터 관내 건설업체 하도급을 집중 관리해 10억원 이상 관급공사 하도급률이 지난해 32.1%에서 올해 79.3%로 대폭 상승한 만큼 내년에도 이를 지속적으로 관리하고 연말 임금체불이 발생하지 않도록 발주부서에서 철저히 관리하기로 했다.
