[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원시체육회가 주최하고 창원시유도회가 주관하는 ‘제12회 창원특례시장배 유도대회’가 23일 경남권 선수 450명과 심판·관중 등 총 600여 명이 참가한 가운데 마산체육관에서 성황리에 개최됐다고 밝혔다.

이번 대회는 초·중·고, 대학부와 일반부까지 남자는 37체급, 여자는 21체급의 토너먼트 방식으로 단체전·개인전 1 ~ 3위를 차지한 선수에게 트로피와 상장을 수여했다.

박동진 문화관광체육국장은 “이번 대회에 참가한 선수 여러분의 창원시 방문을 환영하며, 유도가 부드러움과 강인함이 조화를 이룬 매력적인 운동으로 알고 있다”며 “오늘 승패를 떠나 상대방을 존중하는 가운데 자신안의 강인함을 발견하는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 말했다
