이번 교육은 파쇄기 작동 요령과 파쇄 작업 시 주의 사항 등 안전교육과 파쇄 작업 과정 실습으로 구성하여 진행됐다.

올해 처음 시행되는 영농부산물 안전처리지원 사업은 거창군농업회의소가 거창군의 지원을 받아 운영하며, 11월 1일부터는 2인 1조의 4개 팀으로 구성된 파쇄지원단이 읍면별로 활동하게 된다. 영농부산물 파쇄를 희망하는 농업인은 연중 해당 읍면 사무소로 신청서를 제출하면 되며, 파쇄지원단이 직접 농지를 방문하여 수확 후 남은 고춧대, 깻대, 과수 잔가지 등 영농부산물을 무료로 파쇄해 준다.
