이번 견학은 대구광역시 동구 평화시장 닭똥집 골목, 남구 안지랑 곱창골목을 방문해 음식특화거리 조성, 외식업 육성 정책 관련 우수사례를 살피고 거창군 외식산업에 접목할 수 있는 방향을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.
