[브레이크뉴스=김희수 기자] 밀양시는 작은성장동력 사업 발굴을 위한 직원 연찬회를 실시한데 이어 20일 작은성장동력사업 계획에 대한 읍면동별 개별 코칭을 실시했다.

지난 2015년부터 추진해온 작은성장동력 사업은 각 읍면동의 고유자원을 활용한 특색 있는 소규모 아이디어사업을 발굴하여 지역 전체에 새로운 부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 계기를 마련한 사업이다.

이에 초동면 연가길, 하남읍 명품십리길, 산외면 해바라기 꽃단지, 상동면 명품 장미꽃길, 상남면 가우라 자전거 꽃길 등 지역주민들과의 소통, 유관기관․단체와의 협력을 통해 많은 성과를 이루어 냈다. 

2023년도 작은성장동력사업은 올해 부족한 점은 보완하고 더욱 발전적인 방향 제시를 위해 한국공공자치연구원 연구위원 박종덕 박사를 초청해 사업의 확장성 모색 및 중장기적 관점의 사업계획 수립을 위해 읍면동별 사업계획에 대한 사업주제별 개별 코칭을 실시했다.

시 관계자는 “이번 읍면동별 개별 코칭을 통해 2023년도 작은성장동력 사업계획 수립에 많은 도움이 되길 바라며 16개 읍면동의 특색있는 작은성장동력 아이디어 사업이 기 추진 중인 시정사업과의 연계 및 확장으로 시너지 효과를 내어 시정발전에 기여할 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
