이맹우 통장에 따르면 B산업(주) 등이 창원시 진해구 남양동 산 7-36 일원 약 149,903㎡(4만546평)에 사업비 약 483억원을 들여 산업시설을 조성하려고 개발행위에 나서려하자 300여명의 마을주민들이 환경공해를 우려해 집단적인 반대의사를 표했다.
