[브레이크뉴스=양영석기자] 하동군은 하동군만의 인물·역사·시책 등을 기록해 하동만의 매력을 느낄 수 있는 “하동군 기네스북”을 발간했다고 9일 밝혔다.

 

군은 지난해 10월 하동군 기네스북 제작을 계획해 올해 4월 접수를 마무리하고 엄선된 106건을 토대로 세계·아시아·대한민국·경상남도·하동군 최초기록을 선정했다.

 

인물 분야 18건, 문화·체육·예술 분야 15건, 교육·복지 분야 10건, 산업·경제 분야 19건, 건설·교통·건축 분야 11건, 농업·수산·임업·축산 분야 10건, 자연·환경 분야 11건, 행정 분야 12건이 수록됐다.

 

최고(古) 도마뱀 발자국 화석, 최초 드론레이싱 대회, 최초 경사주탑 현수교 노량대교와 같은 세계 최초 기록부터 아시아 최장 짚와이어 뿐만 아니라 대한민국, 경상남도, 하동군 최초의 다양한 기록을 볼 수 있다.

 

또한 세계중요농업유산으로 지정된 ‘하동 전통차 농업’의 고장답게 대한민국 최초 차시배지, 대한민국 최고(古) 차(茶)나무, 대한민국 최초 차(茶) 분야 국제행사승인 기록이 수록됐다.

 

특히, 인물 분야의 하동군 기네스 기록자들은 지난 4월 15일 군민의 날 온택트 행사시 하동군 기네스 증서를 수여했으며, 1915년생 최고령 신우순 할머니도 건강한 모습으로 참석해 자리를 빛냈다.

 

군은 이번에 발간한 <하동군 기네스북>을 군민은 물론 하동을 찾는 사람들 누구나 쉽게 접할 수 있도록 군청 민원과와 13개 읍·면의 민원실에 비치할 계획이다.
