[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 김해문화관광재단이 운영하는 김해낙동강레일파크가 개장 10주년을 맞아 누적 방문객 266만 명을 돌파하며 김해의 대표 체험형 관광지로 자리매김했다.

7일 재단에 따르면 2016년 개장 이후 올해 7월까지 김해낙동강레일파크 누적 방문객은 266만8,620명으로 집계됐다. 낙동강 경관을 배경으로 한 전동 레일바이크와 와인동굴을 새롭게 단장한 실감형 콘텐츠 공간 '디케이브(D-CAVE)'가 관광객 증가를 이끌었다.

올해 여름 방문객도 증가세를 보였다. 7월 방문객은 1만7,511명으로 지난해 같은 기간(1만6,513명)보다 6.0% 늘었으며, 최근 4년 가운데 가장 많은 7월 방문객을 기록했다. 올해 1~7월 누적 방문객은 12만5,101명으로 지난해 같은 기간보다 9.4%, 2024년과 비교하면 43.8% 증가했다.
