[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 2000년 전 허왕후의 가야행 바닷길이 빛과 미디어아트로 재현된다.

 

김해문화관광재단은 오는 14일부터 23일까지 김해가야테마파크에서 제3회 김해 빛 축제 ‘빛을 향한 항해’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

 

올해 축제는 기존 일루미네이션 중심 행사에서 벗어나 김해의 역사와 인물을 주제로 한 3개년 스토리형 축제로 기획됐다. 첫해인 올해는 허왕후가 인도 아유타국에서 가야로 향했던 항해 이야기를 빛과 미디어 연출로 표현한다.

 

축제장에는 푸른 바다와 밤하늘을 형상화한 빛 조형물과 미디어아트, 포토존 등이 설치되며 관람객은 출항과 항해, 가야와의 만남으로 이어지는 공간을 따라 역사적 이야기를 체험할 수 있다.

 

올해 행사는 체류형 야간축제로 확대된다. 주말과 공휴일에는 지역 특색 음식을 즐길 수 있는 로컬먹거리존과 지역 작가들이 참여하는 아트마켓이 운영되며, 오후 6시부터 재즈·퓨전국악·어쿠스틱 공연 등 다양한 무대도 펼쳐진다.

 

개막행사는 15일 오후 7시30분 가야왕궁에서 열린다. 오고무 공연을 시작으로 K-POP 트론 퍼포먼스와 미디어 연출, 3천여 발의 불꽃이 어우러지는 멀티미디어 불꽃쇼가 진행된다.

 

김해문화관광재단은 관람객 편의를 위해 주차 대책도 마련했다. 기존 주차장과 댕댕파크 주차장, 가야랜드 주차장을 활용하고 셔틀차량을 운행한다. 사충단길은 축제 기간 오후 4시부터 11시까지 차량 진입을 통제한다.

 

축제는 휴무 없이 매일 오후 5시20분부터 오후 10시까지 운영되며 입장료는 1인 2천 원이다. 입장권은 네이버 사전예매와 현장판매를 통해 구매할 수 있으며, 관람객 안전을 위해 평일 방문이 권장된다.

Light sculptures symbolizing the blue sea and night sky, media art, and photo zones will be installed at the festival grounds. Visitors can experience historical narratives by following a path that connects departure, the voyage, and the encounter with Gaya.

 

This year's event is being expanded into an overnight festival. On weekends and public holidays, a local food zone featuring regional specialties and an art market with local artists will be in operation. Additionally, starting at 6 PM, various performances including jazz, fusion Korean traditional music, and acoustic music will take place.

 

The opening ceremony will be held at Gaya Royal Palace on the 15th at 7:30 PM. Beginning with an Ogomu performance, the event will feature a multimedia fireworks show combining K-POP TRON performances, media effects, and approximately 3,000 fireworks.
