[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 전국 최대 규모 해양스포츠 축제인 '제18회 전국해양스포츠제전'이 오는 27일부터 30일까지 거제 지세포항과 와현·구조라해수욕장 일원에서 열린다.

 

거제시는 시민과 관광객이 참여할 수 있는 무료 해양체험 프로그램 사전 예약을 오는 21일까지 선착순으로 진행한다고 밝혔다.

 

이번 체험 프로그램은 바나나보트, 플라이피쉬, 땅콩보트, 카약, SUP 패들보드, 드래곤보트, 고무보트, 해양어드벤처 등 다양한 해양레저 종목으로 구성된다.

 

참가 신청은 제18회 전국해양스포츠제전 공식 홈페이지를 통해 가능하며, 체험비는 전액 무료다. 종목별 모집 인원이 마감되면 접수는 종료된다.

 

전국해양스포츠제전은 해양수산부가 주최하고 경상남도와 거제시 등이 공동 주관하는 행사로, 요트·카누·핀수영·철인3종 등 정식 경기와 체험 프로그램이 함께 운영된다.

 

시는 가족 단위 방문객과 청소년들이 안전하게 체험할 수 있도록 전문 지도자의 안전교육과 안전장비를 갖춰 프로그램을 운영할 계획이다.
