[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 김해천문대가 여름방학을 맞아 어린이와 가족을 위한 우주 체험 프로그램을 운영한다.

김해문화관광재단 김해천문대는 오는 8일 오후 6시 30분부터 전시실과 천체관측실에서 ‘스페이스 바캉스’ 행사를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 가족 단위 방문객이 우주와 천체를 쉽고 재미있게 접할 수 있도록 마련됐으며, 우주 미션 퀴즈와 LED 누리호 모형 만들기, 회전 달 모형판 만들기, 갈릴레이식 망원경 만들기 등 체험 프로그램이 진행된다.

천체관측 참여자를 대상으로 행운번호 추첨 이벤트도 마련해 어린이용 천체망원경과 쌍안경 등을 증정하며, 방문객 리뷰 이벤트 참여자에게는 메시에(Messier) 천체 포스터를 선착순 제공한다.

김해천문대는 해발 380m에 위치해 도심보다 비교적 시원하고 실내 온도도 20도 안팎으로 유지돼 여름철 가족 체험 공간으로 적합하다고 설명했다.
