[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경상남도가 경기 둔화와 금융 부담 증가로 어려움을 겪는 도내 중소기업의 자금 조달 지원을 위해 3분기 중소기업육성자금 3200억 원을 공급한다.

 

경남도는 올해 3분기 중소기업육성자금 지원 규모를 총 3200억 원으로 확정했다고 4일 밝혔다. 최근 중소기업 대출 연체율 상승 등 자금 운용 부담이 커지는 상황에서 기업의 경영 안정과 투자 확대를 지원하기 위한 조치다.

 

지원 자금은 일반자금 1800억 원과 특별자금 1400억 원으로 구성된다. 일반자금은 경영안정자금 1000억 원과 시설설비자금 800억 원으로 나눠 지원하며, 기업의 운영자금과 생산시설 확충·설비투자 등에 활용된다.

 

중소기업육성자금은 도내 기업이 금융기관에서 대출을 받을 경우 경남도가 대출이자의 일부를 지원하는 방식이다. 기업 여건과 자금 종류에 따라 대출금리의 0.75%포인트에서 최대 2.1%포인트까지 이차보전을 받을 수 있으며, 경영안정자금은 2~3년, 시설설비자금은 5~10년의 상환 기간이 적용된다.

 

이번 3분기부터는 기업의 신청 편의를 높이기 위해 행정정보공동이용시스템을 활용한 서류 제출 절차도 개선된다. 이에 따라 사업자등록증, 국세·지방세 납세증명서, 중소기업확인서 등 행정정보 확인이 가능한 3종 서류는 기업이 별도로 제출하지 않아도 된다.

 

다만 기업 평가와 자격 검증에 필요한 표준재무제표증명원, 원천징수이행상황신고서 등 일부 자료는 기존과 같이 제출해야 한다.

 

일반자금 신청은 8월 25일부터 27일까지 진행되며, 경남도는 9월 중 기업 선정 평가와 대출 승인을 진행할 예정이다. 특별자금은 9월 초 별도 지원계획을 공고하고 세부 지원 대상과 신청 일정을 안내한다.

 

경남도는 올해 상반기에도 대중동 사태 긴급자금 등을 포함해 도내 중소기업 1003개사에 총 7343억 원 규모의 육성자금을 지원했다.
