▲ 정영두 김해시장, 19개 읍면동 순회 시작

[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 정영두 김해시장이 민선 9기 출범 이후 첫 현장 소통 일정으로 19개 읍면동 순회에 나섰다.

김해시는 정 시장이 10일 내외동을 시작으로 오는 30일까지 지역 19개 읍면동을 차례로 방문해 '주민과의 첫 만남'을 진행한다고 밝혔다.

정 시장은 각 읍면동 행정복지센터를 찾아 직원들을 격려하고 지역 주요 단체장들과 간담회를 열어 주민 불편사항과 지역 현안을 청취할 예정이다. 민원실을 방문해 시민들과 인사를 나누고 읍면동 주요 현황도 함께 점검한다.

이번 방문은 민선 9기 시정 운영 방향을 공유하고 지역 현장의 의견을 직접 듣기 위해 마련됐다. 김해시는 보고 중심의 행사 대신 주민과 지역 단체의 건의사항을 청취하는 데 중점을 둘 계획이다.

시는 이번 순회를 통해 수렴한 지역별 현안과 주민 의견을 시정 운영에 반영하고, 현장 중심의 소통 행정을 강화한다는 방침이다.
