[브레이크뉴스=강동호 기자] 합천군이 다음 달 입주를 앞둔 청년·신혼부부 행복주택의 준비 상황을 최종 점검하며 입주 절차 마무리에 들어갔다.

 

합천군은 김윤철 군수가 지난 2일 행복주택 건립 현장을 찾아 시설물과 입주 준비 상황을 점검했다고 밝혔다.

 

이번 점검은 지난 6월 준공한 행복주택의 시공 상태와 안전관리, 편의시설 운영계획 등을 확인하고 입주민들이 안전하고 쾌적한 환경에서 생활할 수 있도록 하기 위해 마련됐다.

 

김 군수는 주거시설 내부와 공용공간, 커뮤니티시설, 주차장 등을 둘러보며 시설 운영과 안전관리 상태를 점검하고, 관계자들에게 입주 절차와 시설 운영 준비에 차질이 없도록 당부했다.

 

행복주택은 합천읍 합천리 일원에 총사업비 133억 원을 투입해 지상 6층 규모로 건립됐다. 청년용 20호(전용면적 38㎡)와 신혼부부용 10호(전용면적 70㎡) 등 모두 30호의 공공임대주택과 커뮤니티 공간, 관리시설을 갖췄다.

 

이 사업은 청년 인구 유출과 지방소멸에 대응하기 위한 민선 8기 공약사업으로 추진됐다. 군은 지난 4월 입주자 모집을 마쳤으며, 이달 입주 계약과 사전 안내를 거쳐 8월부터 입주를 시작할 예정이다.
