[브레이크뉴스=강동호 기자] 합천군이 민선 9기 출범과 함께 '소통·공감·화합으로 도약하는 합천'을 군정 목표로 확정하고, '대한민국 1등 부자 농촌, 군민 행복 합천' 실현을 위한 군정 운영에 본격 착수했다.

군은 민선 8기 동안 구축한 지역발전 기반을 바탕으로 민선 9기에는 군민이 일상에서 체감할 수 있는 성과 창출에 행정 역량을 집중할 계획이라고 1일 밝혔다.

이를 위해 ▲군민행복 공감행정 ▲군민체감 활력경제 ▲품격 있는 문화·관광 ▲생애맞춤 안심복지 등 4대 군정 방침을 중심으로 현장 중심의 군정을 추진한다.

경제 분야에서는 농업 경쟁력 강화와 청년농업인 육성, 미래산업 기반 확충, 양수발전소 건설과 기업 유치 등을 통해 지역 성장동력을 확보하고, 광역교통망과 스포츠 인프라 확충으로 정주여건 개선과 지역 경쟁력 강화에 나선다.

문화관광 분야는 운석충돌구와 지역 문화유산을 활용한 관광 콘텐츠를 확대해 합천의 관광 브랜드를 높이고, 복지 분야에서는 재난 대응체계 강화와 생애주기별 맞춤형 복지서비스 확대를 통해 군민 삶의 질 향상을 추진할 방침이다.
