[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 대형폐기물 배출신고 절차를 간소화하기 위해 QR코드 기반 신고 서비스를 도입한다.

김해시는 11일 시민들이 스마트폰으로 QR코드를 스캔해 별도 앱 설치나 검색 과정 없이 대형폐기물 배출신고를 할 수 있는 서비스를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

기존에는 대형폐기물 배출을 위해 청소대행업체에 전화하거나 전용 애플리케이션을 설치해 신고해야 했지만, 앞으로는 QR코드를 촬영하면 온라인 신고 페이지로 바로 연결된다.

시는 이용 편의를 높이기 위해 시청 누리집과 읍·면·동 행정복지센터, 청사 안내판, 대형폐기물 배출 안내판, 통합 분리수거장 등 시민 이용이 많은 장소에 QR코드 스티커를 부착할 계획이다.

이번 서비스 도입으로 시민들은 시간과 장소에 제약 없이 대형폐기물 배출신고를 할 수 있게 됐으며, 신고 절차 간소화에 따른 행정 효율성 향상도 기대된다.

김해시는 QR코드 기반 서비스를 통해 생활민원 처리의 접근성을 높이고 디지털 기술을 활용한 생활밀착형 행정서비스 확대에 나설 방침이다.

Gimhae City is introducing a QR code-based reporting service to simplify the bulk waste discharge reporting process.
