경남교육청, ‘5세 이음교육’ 컨설팅단 연수 실시

경상남도교육청은 29일 교육정보원 세미나실에서 ‘2026년 5세 이음교육 운영 지원 컨설팅단 역량 강화 연수’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 연수에는 ‘5세 이음교육 운영 지원 컨설팅단’ 소속 교원과 관계자 40명이 참석했다.
5세 이음교육은 유아의 성장과 초등학교 적응 과정에서 연계와 전이, 적응이 자연스럽게 이어질 수 있도록 유아·교사·보호자·지역사회가 함께 참여하는 교육 지원 체계다.
연수에서는 ▲2026년 5세 이음교육 이해 및 컨설팅 운영 ▲유치원·초등학교 운영 사례 공유 ▲컨설팅단 운영 방안 협의 등이 진행됐다.
경남교육청은 이번 연수를 통해 유아 발달 특성을 반영한 현장 지원 체계를 강화하고, 컨설팅단의 전문성을 높이는 데 중점을 뒀다고 설명했다.
참석자들은 유치원과 초등학교 현장의 다양한 운영 사례를 공유하며 교육 현장 적용 방안과 연계 교육 방향 등을 논의했다.
손옥경 경남교육청 유아특수교육과장은 “5세 이음교육은 유아의 안정적인 성장과 초등학교 적응을 지원하는 중요한 과정”이라며 “현장 중심의 컨설팅과 지원을 지속 확대해 교육 현장에 안정적으로 정착될 수 있도록 하겠다”고 말했다.
경남교육청은 앞으로도 교원 역량 강화와 현장 지원 사업을 지속 추진할 계획이다.

The Gyeongnam Office of Education has launched field support for ‘5-Year-Old Ieum Education’ to strengthen the linkage between kindergarten and elementary school curricula.
The Gyeongsangnam-do Office of Education announced that it held the ‘Capacity Building Training for the 2026 5-Year-Old Ieum Education Operation Support Consulting Team’ on the 29th at the Education Information Center seminar room.
