[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 박완수 도지사는 19일 오전 10시 도청 재난안전대책본부에서 긴급회의를 주재하며 “국지적으로 쏟아지는 폭우가 예상보다 큰 피해를 초래하는 만큼, 기존 대응 방식에서 벗어나 유연하고 선제적인 조치가 필요하다”고 강조했다.

 

이어 “기상 예측이 쉽지 않은 상황이지만, 예보에 따른 신속한 대피와 사전 안내가 무엇보다 중요하다”며 “특히 장비나 인력 투입이 시급한 지역은 도 재난본부와 협의해 즉시 조치하고, 도로 통제 해제 시에는 충분한 기상 여건을 고려해 2차 피해가 발생하지 않도록 해야 한다”고 지시했다.

 

또한 박 지사는 “저수지의 배수 상태와 펌프 등 배수장 시설의 노후 여부를 점검하고, 필요시 교체도 검토해야 한다”며 “딸기 등 시설채소의 경우 회복이 어려운 만큼 시군과 함께 대파 등 대책을 마련해야 한다”고 주문했다.

19일 오전 9시 기준 도내 평균 누적강우량은 189.7mm이며, 함안군 453.0mm, 산청군 446.1mm, 합천군 270.9mm 등 내륙지역을 중심으로 많은 비가 내렸다.
