[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도 특별사법경찰(이하 도 특사경)이 오는 18일부터 8월 31일까지 하천구역 내에 무단점용하고 운영하는 계류장(일명 '빠지')에 대한 기획수사를 시행한다.

 

도 특사경은 불법 계류장 운영으로 인한 하천오염과 도민의 안전사고를 사전에예방하기 위해 이번 수사를 기획했다.

 

주요 단속 대상은 하천관리청의 허가를 받지 않고 하천구역을 무단점용해 수상스키 등의 이용 목적으로 사용하는 불법 계류장이다. 

 

적발된 계류장 중 관할 시군의 원상복구 명령을 받았음에도 이행하지 않고 운영하는 계류장에 대해서도 계속 수사할 예정이다.

 

또한, 원상복구 명령을 불이행하고 계류장을 낙동강변의 다른 장소로 옮기거나 은닉 할 경우 드론 등을 활용해 끝까지 추적할 방침이다.

 

위반사업장은 도 특사경에서 직접 수사, 송치할 계획이다. 

 

수사 시 위반 사실을 부인하거나 위반 규모 축소 등이 확인되면 필요시 압수수색 등 강제수사를 병행하며, 위반사례가 추가로 발견될 경우 수사기간을 확대할 계획이다.

 

하천구역 안에서 하천관리청의 허가를 받지 않고, 하천을 점용하거나 하천관리청의 원상복구 명령을 위반한 경우 2년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만 원 이하의 벌금에 해당한다.

 

아울러, 하천 불법 무단점용에 대한 도민 제보 창구*도 함께 운영하므로 도민들의 적극적인 제보를 당부했다.
