[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 대한민국 최대 벚꽃축제인 올해 제63회 진해군항제는 콘텐츠 중심으로 행사 구성을 풍성하게 계획됐다.

 

창원시는 올해 군항제를 이전과는 다르게 '체류형 관광'에 중점을 두고, ‘체리블라썸 뮤직 페스티벌’과 ‘진해군항제 크루즈’를 운영한다고 6일 밝혔다.

 

체리블라썸 뮤직페스티벌은 29일~30일 양일간 개최되며, 유명 뮤지션들이 7시간 동안 공연하는 체류형 문화 콘텐츠다. 

 

이번에는 ‘봄’의 이미지에 맞게 박정현, 너드커넥션, 데이브레이크, 소란, 소수빈, 적재, 정승환, YB(윤도현밴드), 10CM, 거미, 나상현씨밴드, 유다빈밴드, 이무진, 이창섭, 허용별(허각, 신용재, 임한별), 황가람, FT아일랜드로 라인업이 구성되어 발라드, 밴드음악, 알앤비 등 다양한 공연을 한 공간에서 즐길 수 있다.

 

올해 첫 시행하는 진해군항제 크루즈는 군항제와 연계하여 29일~30일 이틀동안 진해항 제2부두에서 오후 5시에 출발해 진해 앞바다와 저도 일대를 운항한다. 

 

뷔페부터 공연, 포차, 불꽃놀이 등으로 운영되며, 벚꽃과 크루즈를 동시에 즐길 수 있다.

 

올해 또 다른점은 참여형 관광으로 28일 개막식에 시민들이 참가하는 드림콘서트가 함께 진행된다. 

 

드림콘서트는 음악의 꿈을 가진 시민들이 공연을 꾸미며, 초청가수와 공연이 번갈아 구성될 예정이다. 

 

식전 공연으로는 창원과 통영의 소년소녀합창단의 합동공연이 준비되어있고, 진해군항제 가요대전(4월3일), 군항K-POP댄스 경연대회(4월2일)가 진행되어 활기 띤 축제를 즐길 수 있다.

 

주말마다 ‘진빼이 깔롱쟁이를 찾습니다’ 프로그램도 운영된다. 

 

축제 현장을 돌아다니며, 스타일리쉬한 관광객을 찾아 인터뷰를 진행하고, 군항제 공식 인플루언서 선정을 하는 게릴라 홍보이벤트가 진행되어 새로운 재미를 더한다.

 

블라썸 심포니와 난리벚꽃장 프로그램도 생겼다.

 

‘블라썸 심포니’는 여좌천, 경화역 진해구 일원에서 클래식 공연을, ‘난리벚꽃장’은 3월 31일~4월1일까지 중원로터리에서 통영오광대 등 전통문화공연이 열려 동·서양의 문화 콘텐츠를 볼 수 있다.

진해군항제의 메인 프로그램인 ‘군악의장페스티벌’은 4월 4일 오후 개막해 4월 6일까지 2박 3일동안 총 5회의 공연을 선보일 예정이다. 

 

올해는 무대 규모가 커지고, 참가 군부대도 늘어나 관람객들이 더 풍성한 공연을 볼 수 있다. 

 

또한 세계군악의장페스티벌로 나아가기 위한 첫걸음으로 몽골군악대가 참가하고, 창원 전역에서 해군홍보대의 프린지 공연도 예정되어 있어 창원시민 모두가 축제를 즐길 수 있다.

 

또 다른 볼거리로는 조선 수군의 행차를 재현한 선보이는 ‘이충무공 승전행차’(4월4일)와 각 군악의장대의 절도있는 퍼포먼스가 돋보이는 ‘호국퍼레이드’(4월5~6일)가 준비되어있다. 

 

전통 퍼레이드와 현대 군 퍼레이드가 접목한 이 행사는 진해군항제만의 대표행사다.

또한 평소 출입이 어려운 해군사관학교와 해군진해기지사령부도 군항제 기간동안 개방하여 군문화 체험 행사를 진행한다.

 

방위산업의 도시 답게 올해도 육·해·공 무기를 전시한다. 

 

작년에는 진해역에서 중원로터리 사이에 설치했지만, 올해는 진해기지사령부 군항 11부두에서 전시할 예정이다. 

 

무기 구성은 화생방 전술차량, 드론탑지차량과 독도함, 화천함 등 2척의 군함, 링스 헬기가 전시되며 군항제 앱을 통해 사전 신청자에 한해 관람할 수 있다. 사전 신청은 3월 10일부터 가능하다.

내실 있는 축제를 위한 움직임도 단연 돋보인다. 

 

‘바가지 요금’을 근절하기 위하여 적발된 업체는 영구히 퇴출하고, 요금 단속반 운영, 부스실명제와 ‘한시적 영업시설 입점자 교육’도 할 예정이다. 

 

또한 식중독 예방을 위해 식품의약품안전처의 ‘이동식 식중독 신속 검사차량’을 먹거리 부스존 인근에 배치한다.

 

외국인 관람객이 많이 방문하는 여좌천과 경화역에 외국어 통역 전용부스를 설치하며, 리플릿도 영어, 중국어 간체자, 중국어 번체자, 일본어로 다양하게 제작한다. 

 

진해군항제 앱에도 영어 버전을 탑재하여 외국인 친화 축제가 되기 위해 노력한다.

 

이처럼 제63회 진해군항제는 ‘설레는 봄의 매력’이라는 슬로건에 맞춰 다양한 진해의 매력을 3월 28일 개막식을 시작으로 4월 6일까지 아낌없이 보여줄 예정이다.

 

한편 창원시는 모바일 티켓 한 장으로 즐길 수 있는 창원투어패스를 올해 처음으로 출시하고, 전담여행사 2곳을 선정하여 축제와 연계한 상품 개발 등 다채로운 관광을 선보인다. 

 

또한 고향사랑기부금으로 수령이 50~60년인 벚나무에 영양제를 공급해주는 ‘벚꽃 소생 프로젝트’도 진행하고 있다.
