▲ 김해시 지속가능발전 기본전략 및 추진계획 수립 연구용역 중간보고회

[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 23일 시청 대회의실에서 ‘김해시 지속가능발전 기본전략 및 추진계획 수립 연구용역’ 중간보고회를 개최했다.

 

이번 용역은 지속가능발전 기본법에 따라 2015년 UN 총회에서 채택한 17개 지속가능발전목표, 국가 제4차 지속가능발전기본계획(2021~2040)과 조화를 이루는 김해시 지속가능발전기본전략(20년)과 추진계획(5년)을 수립하기 위한 것이다.

 

김해연구원에서 지난해 9월 용역을 착수해 2차례 시민 원탁토론회와 지속가능발전 시민인식 설문조사 등을 거쳐 다양한 의견을 수렴했다.

 

이날 중간보고회에서 김해시 지속가능발전의 비전으로 ‘함께 그리는 미래, 지속가능한 김해’가, 3대 전략으로 ▲혁신기반 지속가능 경제 육성 ▲포용적 사회문화 공동체 실현 ▲생태친화적 녹색도시 조성이 제시됐다. 또 UN과 국가의 17개 발전 목표를 김해 현실에 부합되도록 수정하고 53개 세부목표, 193개 단위사업을 제시했다.

 

김해시 지속발전위원회는 과업수행기관인 김해연구원의 김해시 지속가능발전 현황 분석과 전망, 지속가능발전 기본전략과 추진계획안 등에 대해 위원 간 검토의견을 공유하고 개선점을 논의했다.

 

김해시는 이번 중간용역 보고회에서 제시된 결과와 관련 전문가들의 의견, 추진계획 지표 등에 대한 관련 부서 간 협의를 거쳐 오는 4월까지 과업을 완료할 계획이다.

 

보고회에 앞서 김해시 지속가능발전위원회 위원에 대한 위촉식이 열렸다. 

 

위원회는 부시장을 위원장으로 경제·사회·환경 분야 전문가 27명(당연직 14, 위촉직 13)으로 구성돼 2년 임기 동안 김해시 지속가능발전 정책에 대한 자문과 심의를 담당한다.

On the 23rd, Gimhae City held an interim report meeting on the ‘Establishment of Basic Sustainable Development Strategy and Implementation Plan Research Service’ in the City Hall Conference Room.

Gimhae City plans to complete the task by April after discussing the results presented at this interim service report meeting, opinions of related experts, and promotion plan indicators among related departments.

 

An appointment ceremony for the Gimhae City Sustainable Development Committee members was held prior to the report meeting.

 

The committee is composed of 27 experts in the fields of economy, society, and environment (14 ex officio, 13 appointed) with the vice mayor as the chairperson, and is responsible for advising and deliberating on Gimhae City's sustainable development policy for a two-year term.
