[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 홍태용 김해시장은 1일 신년사를 통해 "대전환의 시작, 글로컬 시티 김해를 함께 만들어 가자"고 강조했다.

 

홍 시장은 "지난해 김해의 시간은 그 어느 해보다 특별했다. ‘전국체전과 동아시아 문화도시, 김해방문의 해’라는 큰 행사들을 성공적으로 치러내면서 대도시 규모에 걸맞은 경험과 역량을 쌓을 수 있었다"고 전했다.

 

이어 "지역사회와 대학, 산업계가 힘을 모아 인제대가 글로컬 대학에 선정되는 쾌거를 이루었으며. 도시의 모든 공간을 교육과 산업 생태계 공간으로 활용하자는 ‘올시티캠퍼스’로 지역과 대학의 동반 성장을 이끌 계획"이라고 밝혔다.
